IT Project and Process Manager (m / w / d) In Germany

About the Role :

Join a leading family-owned manufacturing company specializing in Daylight Systems and Composites. As a (Senior) Project and Process Manager, you’ll drive impactful IT projects, optimize business processes, and play a key role in the company’s digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage IT projects, including ERP-related work packages.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes, implementing consistent standards.
  • Act as a strategic link between IT and business units, driving innovation and change.

What You Bring :

  • 4-5 years of experience in IT project or process management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project methodologies (agile, waterfall).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • German Proficiency B2 or higher (mandatory)

  • Salary : €60,000–€80,000 annually
