The role involves managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Design and implement training and development programs.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and manage performance reviews.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Formulate strategic plans to address HR matters and support company goals.
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience.Strong knowledge of HR management principles, employment laws, and HR technology (e.g., HRIS, ATS).Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to strategize and solve HR-related issues.Fluent in German and English
