The role involves managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Design and implement training and development programs.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and manage performance reviews.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Formulate strategic plans to address HR matters and support company goals.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management principles, employment laws, and HR technology (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategize and solve HR-related issues.
  • Fluent in German and English
