processes. Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the
Business Manager or sales team for further engagement. Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, prospects,
and opportunities in the CRM system. Assist in preparing proposals,
presentations, and reports for client engagements and business
pitches. Collaborate with the Business Manager to provide feedback
to sales and marketing teams- Support the Business Manager in
identifying market trends, researching competitors, and developing
strategic plans for business growth. Qualifikation Experience :
Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer
relations is a plus. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and
written communication skills, with the ability to engage and
persuade clients. Resilience : A positive, goal-oriented mindset
with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to feedback.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and
other relevant tools. Organizational Skills : Strong attention to
detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
effectively. Customer-Focused : Ability to build rapport and
maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing
clients. Languages : Fluent in German, any other language is a plus
