Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly qualified Corporate Partner to join our client's office in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified German lawyer with over 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong track record in corporate law, including :

Mergers and Acquisitions
Private Equity
General corporate matters.

Key Qualifications :

Fully qualified German lawyer with above-average state exam results.

A minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex corporate transactions.

Strong client management skills , with the ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.

Experience in leading and mentoring junior lawyers and teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
