The Company :

With a well-established presence across Germany and the wider DACH region, the business supports both public and private sector clients with end-to-end project delivery, from development and planning to execution and operations.

The Role :

• Lead the legal function for Germany, acting as the principal advisor to country leadership and senior commercial teams.
• Oversee legal matters relating to project development, commercial contracts (including supply, service, partnership, and procurement agreements), and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on corporate governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks in line with national and EU requirements.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and represent the business in legal and regulatory discussions.
• Support internal functions on compliance training, policy development, and contract standardisation.
• Build and manage a small legal team, while liaising with global legal colleagues to ensure alignment across jurisdictions.
