Global Account Manager - Marine Segment

If yes, then this might be the right opportunity for you! In the Global Account Manager - Marine Segment role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key account relationships within the marine industry, focusing on achieving sales targets and nurturing strategic partnerships.
You will drive our growth into this segment and be responsible for major accounts with international exposure. The role will require 25-50% of travel across the region as well as globally.
What you will do As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of our clients in the Marine segment, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and promoting the adoption of our technologies.
Your efforts will play a vital role in advancing sustainability initiatives, optimizing operations, and facilitating the transition to a more resilient and environmentally friendly energy infrastructure by you : Owning selected National Accounts, focusing on Marine segment and ensuring the applicable sales targets (CAPEX & OPEX) Identifying new customers and driving pipeline growth with existing customers through opportunity creation and management Manage shipowner relationships for new building and after-sales projects, supporting the China marine team to ensure approval of the Schneider brand by shipowners Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional organization, leveraging global resources to serve and satisfy customers, and coordinating with China teams efficiently and effectively Assist the China marine team in identifying future opportunities, innovating offers, and devising corresponding strategies.
Preparing, offering and negotiating on tender projects Customer relationship management at all levels and ensuring customer satisfaction Collection and process of market information What we are looking for To be successful in the role, we see that you have : Previous experience in sales and account management together with solution sales Understanding and experience of marine industry, and account planning Suitable educational background such as degree in a technical field (electrical or automation field) preferred Great communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and dynamic approach to business development Passionate about building networks and tailoring offers to customer requirements Effective communication skills in English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills What do we offer you?
