Location : Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Nuremberg, Dresden, Berlin

We are partnered with a leading IT consultancy in Germany, with growth they are now looking to add to their successful team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Planning, conceptualization, Design and implementation of technically innovative Microsoft Azure and M365 services for clients
  • Support of Azure migration projects and development of operational concepts in collaboration with the customer and IT operations
  • Development of hybrid solutions that effectively combine public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises components, based on your experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment
  • Use of your knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions to efficiently design solution designs and understanding of associated licensing options
  • Drive for customer business by jointly working with the customer on the application possibilities and benefits of innovative Microsoft features (e.g., in the field of Data & AI)
  • Conduct technical due diligence reviews of existing environments and identify optimization potentials with new Microsoft Azure or M365 services
  • Evaluate new M365 or Azure services for the further development of their technology portfolio in close collaboration with strategic portfolio development

Key Skills required :

  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Azure and M365 product portfolio or with hybrid cloud solutions in conjunction with Azure
  • Extensive experience in the context of licensing Microsoft products
  • Proven experience with traditional Microsoft products and technologies (Windows, Office 365, Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Remote Desktop Services)
  • Strong solution design expertise with at least 5 years of experience in IT outsourcing environments
  • Very good knowledge of applications and infrastructures, architectural concepts, and technologies
  • Experience in cloud computing architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and DevOps
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate, Windows Virtual Desktop Specialty)
  • High service orientation to understand customer needs / problems, design optimal solutions, and initiate transformation processes with customers
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action at decision-maker / management levels
  • Structured and systematic working style, flexibility, and readiness to perform
  • Confident demeanor, customer orientation, and assertiveness
  • Excellent presentation and moderation skills, negotiation skills
  • Strong cooperation, team, and conflict resolution skills, combined with assertiveness
  • Fluent German and Strong English
