Überblick

Als Recruiter (m / w / d) verantworten Sie den gesamten Personalbeschaffungsprozess eines definierten Geschäftsbereichs. Sie übernehmen die externe Suche für Fach- und Führungspositionen von der Auftragsklärung bis zur Stellenbesetzungsentscheidung, beraten die nationalen / internationalen Fachbereiche bei der Auswahl der jeweils geeigneten Recruiting Maßnahmen und gestalten das Recruiting-Gesamtkonzept.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung, Koordination und Optimierung des Personalbeschaffungsprozesses von der Stellenausschreibung über die Bewerberauswahl, den Interviewprozess bis hin zur Einstellung
• Identifizierung von geeigneten Kandidaten und aktive Kandidatensuche über verschiedene Kanäle (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
• Beratung nationaler und internationaler Führungskräfte über den Rekrutierungsprozess und Ansprechpartner im globalen Talent Acquisition Team für Deutschland
• Verantwortung für die Vorauswahl der Bewerbungen, sowie Organisation und Führung von Interviews
• Gestaltung des Auftritts und Koordination aller Employer Branding Aktivitäten auf Social Media – und Business Netzwerken
• Betreiben von Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Agentur für Arbeit, Karrieremessen, etc.)
• Auswahl und Management aller Personalagenturen
