As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• In your role, you will be the point of contact for legal matters concerning our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy, Toll, and Purchasing.
• You review and negotiate procurement contracts, mainly in the areas of IT and digital products.
• You advise our Sales Units on selling our products (including software) and on negotiating large-scale customer contracts.
• You develop legal structuring options for new digital products and business opportunities.
• You also support special projects with group-wide relevance from a legal perspective.
• You independently manage your work processes and handle legal matters with full responsibility.

What makes you stand out

• You have completed both state law examinations, ideally with distinction..
• You have already gained specific experience in Procurement / Commercial / Sales either in a law firm or in-house, and you bring knowledge in IT law.
• You are tech-savvy and interested in digital products – both in advising our business units and in using digital tools within the Legal team.
• You enjoy working with colleagues from a wide range of departments and are enthusiastic about commercial topics and economic contexts.
• Strong analytical thinking, a high solution orientation, process-oriented thinking, and assertiveness distinguish you.
• You possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
• You are highly organized, proactive, and show strong commitment.
• You work independently, and your proactive approach, empathy, negotiation skills, and assertive personality round off your profile.
