As the SeniorDirector, Head of International Marketing, you’ll be at theforefront of expanding Axon’s presence globally, with an immediatefocus on key markets in Europe. You will drive marketinginitiatives across international markets; oversee digital, event,and creative strategies; and ensure our teams are set up forsuccess. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our corporate marketingcenters of excellence and in-region teams to execute on marketingstrategies, optimize for impact, and support our growth targets.The EMEA, Americas and APAC marketing leaders will report directlyto you, making this role pivotal in aligning our global marketingvision.

This role reports directly to theExecutive Vice President of Marketing and requires closecollaboration with sales, product, and regional leadership teamsacross the world. You will be key to building our brand globally,developing key markets, and driving demand generation — alwaysensuring our global marketing efforts align with local marketneeds.

  • Lead and grow the international marketingteam – Manage and mentor a growing marketing teamacross EMEA, Americas and APAC. Demonstrate deep knowledge ofmarket dynamics, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and aclear alignment with Axon’s mission and values.
  • Develop the European marketingstrategy – Define and execute the strategicmarketing plan for key markets in Europe, with a clear focus onpublic affairs, brand building, and demand generation.
  • Oversee digital, event, and creativestrategies – Work with global and regional teams tobuild and execute high-impact digital campaigns, events, andcreative initiatives tailored to local markets. Ensure strongalignment with our global standards and localoptimization.
  • Collaborate withcorporate centers of excellence – Partner closelywith Axon’s corporate marketing functions (Brand, PR, Digital, andmore) to support in-region teams in executing and optimizingmarketing programs.
  • Grow keymarkets – Identify growth opportunities in prioritymarkets and adapt strategies over time to maximize Axon’sinternational footprint.
  • Manageglobal alignment – Oversee and align marketingefforts across regions, ensuring the Americas, APAC, and Europe,specifically, are executing towards a unified global marketingvision while balancing in-market execution.
  • Data-driven marketing –Track, analyze, and optimize performance across all marketingprograms, making real-time adjustments to maximize impact andROI.
  • Workcross-functionally – Build deep relationships withsales and product leadership teams, ensuring that marketing effortsare fully integrated into broader business objectives.

What YouBring

  • 12+ years ofleadership experience in marketing and communications, withspecialized expertise in integrated marketing and transformation athigh-growth companies.
  • Proven experienceleading marketing efforts for U.S.-based companies as they expandinto international markets, especially in Europe.
  • A strong background in managing and executing marketingprograms across digital, events, creative, and demandgeneration.
  • A data-driven mindset, with aproven ability to track, measure, and optimize marketingperformance.
  • Excellent cross-functionalleadership skills, with experience working closely with sales,product, and marketing teams worldwide.
  • Acollaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability toinspire and align global teams.
  • Strongexperience with public affairs, demand generation, and brandbuilding.
  • Ability to balance both strategy andhands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
