Insurance Working Student Germany

• Assist in collecting reviewing and organizing claim documentation
• Maintain and update internal records and reporting systems for open and closed claims
• Communicate with insurance companies brokers and internal departments to follow up on claims progress
• Support the preparation of periodic reports on claim performance analizing the claim trends

• Background or strong interest in insurance administration or risk management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ability to archive and manage documentation in a clear logical and accessible format
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting or data management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Need to be careful patient and responsible to do daily operational work
• English and German at C1 level; Mandarin and Italian are considered a plus
