Regional Sales Manager - South Germany

Life Science People are partnered with an innovative start up, that produce and distribute innovative high performance PTCA Balloon Catheters their plans for growth to become a leading company in the field of vascular interventions and to be represented worldwide.

They are searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team in their recently launched German office, and help build out business across the south east of Germany in close collaboration with the Head of Sales.

Your Responsibilities :

• Identify customer needs and recommend company products that best meet these needs.
• Use your market knowledge / feedback for improvement suggestions for existing products and potentials for new applications;

assist in their concretisation.

• Independently acquire, advise, and maintain our demanding customers in the field of cardiovascular technology, as well as actively sell all products through direct customer contact on-site.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, opinion leaders, cardiology staff, key administrators, purchasing managers, and relevant hospital management.
• Provide product, technical, and clinical support during PCI procedures where their products are used.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote market potentials within the team.
• Select, organize, and participate in relevant national and international trade fairs.
• Responsible for achieving sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned area by implementing company strategies and tactics.

Profile Requirements :

• Several years of successful professional experience in sales, preferably with experience in PCI, EP, or TAVI.
• Competence in presenting and interpreting clinical and economic data to various target groups, including physicians and hospital management.
• Experience in dealing with multifunctional stakeholders in hospitals and building relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Consistent success in various business situations and collaborative environments.
• Experience in clinical training of CathLab staff in the field.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• In-depth knowledge of coronary anatomy, physiology, and interventional procedures.
• Understanding of interventional products and competing products in the field of complex coronary PCI.
