PayrollProcessing :
Liaise withinternal stakeholders to verify, collect, and organize payroll databefore submitting to payroll providers for Germany, the UK, theNetherlands, and Austria - potentially further markets in thefuture.Verify payroll data including hoursworked, deductions, bonuses, and otherearnings.Review and ensure the accuracy ofworking time entries and other information to detect and reconcilepayrolldiscrepancies.Complianceand Reporting :
Ensurecompliance with local payroll tax and social securityregulations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofchanges in payroll and tax laws.Calculatevacation accruals every month for all payroll countriesmanaged.Manage data collection of monthlypersonnel costs and review the data for accuracy andcompleteness.RecordKeeping andDocumentation :
Maintainaccurate payroll records and employeefiles.Prepare and distribute payroll reportsand summaries for the leadership and otherstakeholders.Handle inquiries and resolveissues related to payroll, including employee questions andconcerns.SystemMaintenance andImprovement :
Assist inthe maintenance of payroll data inWorkday.Identify opportunities for processimprovements and recommend solutions to enhanceefficiency.Collaborationand Communication :
Workclosely with the wider People & Culture team, Finance, andother departments to ensure seamless payroll processing andintegration.Provide support during audits andassist in the preparation of auditmaterials.MinimumRequirements :
Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related fieldpreferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience inpayroll processing or a similarrole.Proficiency in both German and Englishlanguage is needed.Proficiency with Workdayand Microsoft Office Suite, especiallyExcel.Good understanding of payroll tax andsocial security regulation.Exceptionalattention to detail and accuracy.Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.Strong communication and interpersonalskills.Ability to handle sensitive informationwith discretion andconfidentiality.With more than 1,000passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, webelieve our success comes from working together and leveraging ourinternational strengths.
