Effective 1 August 2026 Frankfurt International School in Oberursel is looking for an experienced and qualified Elementary School Counselor / Learning Support Teacher for Grades 2-5.
We are looking for candidates who have extensive knowledge and experience with supporting students, families and teachers with the social emotional needs of Elementary students.
Qualifications : Required :
- Fully licensed / certified Elementary School Counselor
- Multiple years of experience in the school counseling role in Elementary School
- Experience with designing and implementing Behavior Support Plans and Functional Behavior Assessments
Preferred :
Experience with supporting and collaborating with teachers and families around challenging behaviorExperience leading team meetings with familiesLeading teams of support professional in data collection, progress monitoring and behavior modification strategiesLength of appointment : Initial two year probationary contract.
