Are you passionate about driving efficient teamwork fostering collaboration and ensuring project success Heres your chance to join the dynamic world of agile project management as an intern Scrum Master at Bosch. We are pleased to announce an exceptional opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who want to gain handson experience in Scrum methodology and agile project management. During your internship you will be at the forefront of guiding and supporting our teams through various projects honing your skills in facilitation leadership and problemsolving skills. The CrossFunctional Business Intelligence (xBI) is a young agile and international team with a common vision : We take business decisionmaking at Bosch to the next level. We are agents of progress. We dont hide secrets we make them transparent. We dont work incognito we work together and at eye level with our partners and developers from different parts of the company. We are collaborative agile and equipped with smart technology. With our central business intelligence platform we bring business and IT together and create the basis for intelligent and automated reports analyses forecasts and thus driving the digital transformation at Bosch.

  • As a part of our team you will receive mentoring and guidance from experienced Scrum Masters and Agile experts.
  • You will have practical experience of applying Scrum practices and methodologies.
  • Furthermore you will have the opportunity to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Last but not least you will gain valuable insight into how to increase productivity how to remove obstacles and how to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Education : studies in the field of Computer Science Business Informatics Business Administration or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge : basic understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum Kanban
  • Personality and Working Practice : you are able to grasp complex issues quickly manage your time effectively; actively participate in team discussions and contribute valuable insights
  • Enthusiasm : a strong interest in agile methodologies and a willingness to continue to grow in this area
  • Languages : fluent in German and English
  • Additional Information :

    Start :  according to prior agreement

    Duration : 6 months

    Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV transcript of records enrollment certificate examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
