During your internship you will be at the forefront of guiding and supporting our teams through various projects honing your skills in facilitation leadership and problemsolving skills. The CrossFunctional Business Intelligence (xBI) is a young agile and international team with a common vision : We take business decisionmaking at Bosch to the next level. We are agents of progress. We are collaborative agile and equipped with smart technology. With our central business intelligence platform we bring business and IT together and create the basis for intelligent and automated reports analyses forecasts and thus driving the digital transformation at Bosch.

• As a part of our team you will receive mentoring and guidance from experienced Scrum Masters and Agile experts.
• You will have practical experience of applying Scrum practices and methodologies.
• Furthermore you will have the opportunity to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Last but not least you will gain valuable insight into how to increase productivity how to remove obstacles and how to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
