Main tasks :

Within our Luxembourg-based sales team, you will focus on the Greek and Cypriot markets and your key duties and responsibilities will include :

  • Give sales support to the Client Relationship Manager responsible for the Greek and Cypriot markets
  • Customer liaison and servicing of wholesale and institutional clients and prospects
  • Handling of different types of client and prospect enquiries
  • Liaising between clients and our different departments (Investments, Legal, Compliance, Client Servicing, Marketing) to provide timely, efficient and customised solutions to our clients’ needs
  • Helping the Luxembourg team to prepare for client and prospect meetings, update our client relationship management database (Salesforce)
  • Liaise with Marketing to organise Portfolio Managers roadshows and client events
  • Preparing business and market analyses

    • Required qualifications and skills :

  • You hold a University Degree
  • Fluent in Greek (main prerequisite) and in English. French knowledge is an advantage
  • Genuinely interested in asset management and sustainable finance
  • Driven with very strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Previous working experience / internship in the field of Asset Management, Pension Funds or Insurance Business is an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

    • During the finalization of the recruitment process, the preselected candidate will be asked to provide us an extract from his / her criminal record dated less than 3 months (record N°3 for Luxembourg), according to the dispositions of the law from July 23 2016 concerning the criminal record.
