Job Description

As the Innovation Center Architect , you will design and deliver strategic customer engagement experiences that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored briefings, demonstrations, and innovation showcases that highlight the company’s vision and solutions. Your role will ensure seamless operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth through impactful executive interactions.

What you get to do in this role :

The Innovation Center Architect will be responsible for building and launching initiatives in digital transformation, cloud solutions, IoT, and Industry 4.0. They will lead cross-functional briefings, collaborating with various departments to drive innovation and maximize business impact.

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of a state-of-the-art Innovation Center , establishing it as a key driver for customer engagement and industry leadership.
  • Design and curate immersive experiences tailored for the Automotive and Manufacturing industries , showcasing cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation solutions.
  • Develop and implement a structured feedback mechanism to continuously refine the center’s offerings and maximize impact on business outcomes .
  • Actively promote the Innovation Center on social media and industry platforms , increasing visibility and thought leadership in Manufacturing and Automotive ecosystems.
  • Leverage major industry fairs and conferences (e.g., Hannover Messe, IAA Mobility, CES, etc.) where the company is present to stay ahead of trends and ensure the center remains an innovation hub.
  • Establish strong connections with other innovation center leads (e.g., Deloitte) to drive synergies, share best practices, and optimize resources .
  • Conduct competitive analysis on key industry players (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) , ensuring the center remains at the forefront of innovation and differentiation in Automotive and Manufacturing .
  • Drive executive engagement, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to align the Innovation Center’s vision with corporate strategy and customer expectations .

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have :

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, innovation management, digital transformation, or industry solutions , with a strong focus on Automotive and Manufacturing .
  • Proven track record in building and scaling innovation hubs, digital experience centers, or similar initiatives .
  • Deep expertise in emerging technologies, IoT, Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and cloud-based solutions , with the ability to translate these into business value.
  • A natural storyteller and executive communicator , able to facilitate engaging sessions, workshops, and thought leadership discussions specific to Automotive and Manufacturing.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with sales, marketing, and strategic partners to maximize the center’s impact.
  • Experience in social media promotion, event speaking, and executive branding to enhance visibility and credibility in the Automotive and Manufacturing space .
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather feedback, assess competitive landscapes, and continuously evolve the center’s offerings .
  • Passion for innovation, customer success, and staying ahead of industry trends to make the Innovation Center the leading hub for Automotive and Manufacturing innovation .
