ThisIndividual will serve as the Supplier Relationship Manager(SRM), Key Technology (m / f / d) for theKey Technology Commodity and will own the supplier relationshipsfor the assigned supplier group within the Key Technology Commoditycategory under the leadership of the Sr.

Key Technology CommodityManager. This individual will support the Key Technology Commoditystrategy formulation and execution.

This position is part of theIntegrated Supply Chain Organization and will be located onsite inBad Kreuznach,Germany.

Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto :

SupplierRelationship Management (40%) : identify andevaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier assessments, attendsupplier meetings / visits, maintain strong relationships with keysuppliers via SBR’s, collaborate with the cross-functional teams(including engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality),LTA’s / MSA’s negotiate and manage contract administration, improveSupplier OTD, and support site Inventory Targetmanagement.

ProjectManagement (30%) : Project funnel ideationand execution, own Strategic Sourcing visual management (DVM), stayupdated on emerging technologies / materials / best practices in KeyTech commodities and supply chain management, monitor market trends& industry developments to identify opportunities forinnovation / cost savings / risk mitigation, partner withSupplier Quality to execute supplier qualifications (FAIR, PPAP,etc.

optimize Supply Chain design to maximize adherence to DMSprinciples andIMAG

Customer(Internal & External) Relationship Management (15%) : collaborate with Ops, R&D, Engineering,Quality, Sales, Product Management, support external customers asnecessary, and driveOTD

LocationStrategy Execution (15%) : Delivery of theKey Technology CommodityStrategy

30%Domestic / International travel will berequired.

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

Bachelor’sDegree, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering,with 3+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, or SupplierRelationship Management with focus on Key Techcommodities

Experienceor knowledge with unique sole / single sourced materials and goodssuch as Media, Specialty chemicals for Media fabrication, Non - OTSOEM & Electronic switches and sensors, Complex Valves &pumps

Strongknowledge of the Key Tech market, including materials, processes,pricing dynamics, and supplier landscape. Proven track record ofnegotiating contracts, reducing costs, and improving supplierperformance.

Ability totravel 30%internationally.

FluentEnglish and German speaker with excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills.

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :

Building,maintaining, and fostering relationships withsuppliers.

Ability to adapt,think critically, and problem-solve underpressure
