Your Impact

Join our team to bring next-generation RF sensor products from concept to reliable scalable production. As a Senior Systems Engineer I you will own the hardware lifecycle for RF-based counter-drone detection systems working across engineering manufacturing quality and certification. You will also contribute to early technical decisions such as concept definition and component selection.

What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RF sensor hardware from early prototypes through production ramp and sustaining support.
• Support early-phase development through concept definition and component selection (RF compute power and interfaces).
• Drive manufacturing readiness including design for manufacturing and testing pilot builds production bring-up and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with production suppliers / CMs and quality teams to solve production issues improve yield and implement product changes.
• Support compliance and certification activities (e.g. RED / FCC) including test planning lab coordination technical documentation and follow-ups.
• Lead system-level integration across RF subsystems mechanical and electrical interfaces and supporting compute and power elements.
• Collaborate with electrical mechanical and software teams to deliver robust manufacturable systems.

Work Location : This role is based out of our Kassel office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
