Your tasks

Together with your team, you will conceptualize, develop, test and document new modules, functions, workflows and interfaces and ensure that our ServiceNow applications and interfaces run like clockwork.
It goes without saying that our specialist departments can count on you when it comes to implementing user-friendly and customer-related extensions to ServiceNow modules or customizing the platform in agile projects in line with Workplace Service Delivery.
And of course, you never stand still, which is why you also get involved in the operation and further development of the ServiceNow mobile app and bring your expertise to the table.

Your profile

Degree in computer science, training with a focus on information technology or comparable practical experience

Experience in the development of IT processes, business applications and APIs, ideally based on the ServiceNow platform

Ideally practice in agile IT project work

Strong analytical skills, technical understanding and the ability to translate business processes into code and workflows

Independence, initiative and a high level of commitment

The ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable solutions

Fluent in written and spoken German and English
