Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in designing, modifying, and configuring Blue Yonder WMS solutions, as well as strong technical and functional expertise. Proficiency in the German language is required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and business users.

Possibility of remote work : Hybrid | 2 days in the office / week

Contract duration : 8 months

Location : Falkensee, Germany

Core Skills Required :

German Speaking : Fluent in both written and spoken German
BY WMS (Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System) : Expertise in designing, modifying, and configuring solutions
WLM (Warehouse Labor Management) : Hands-on experience with Warehouse Labor Management module
Designing and Technical Functional Flows : Ability to design end-to-end workflows and technical solutions

Areas of Responsibility :

Requirement Workshops : Lead workshops with business users, client managers, and specialists to gather and understand requirements and problem statements.

Fit-Gap Analysis : Assist in performing fit-gap analysis to identify any discrepancies between business needs and existing system capabilities.

Solution Design and Implementation : Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within Blue Yonder WMS, ensuring they meet business requirements.

Client Interaction : Collaborate directly with clients to make key decisions and provide expert advice.

Offshore Coordination : Coordinate with the offshore team to resolve any queries or clarifications during the implementation process.

Proof of Concept (POC) : Conduct POC activities as required to demonstrate business functionality and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage requirement gathering and solution design workshops with the client to understand their specific needs.

Perform detailed fit-gap analysis and assist with the complete solution implementation lifecycle.

Design technical and functional flows, configuring Blue Yonder WMS solutions accordingly.

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Manage collaboration with offshore teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of queries or issues.

Make independent decisions and interact directly with clients to ensure the success of the project.

Qualifications :

At least 10 years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS, with a strong understanding of WLM.

Proficiency in the German language is required for effective communication with German-speaking clients and teams.

Strong experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation in the WMS domain.

Proven ability to coordinate with offshore teams and resolve issues efficiently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and ensure project success.
