About the role

We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational excellence of our co-living properties across Berlin. In this role, you will ensure our spaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming—while delivering a best-in-class resident experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including plumbing, electrical systems, security, and common areas.
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and unexpected repairs.
• Manage contracts and relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring work is completed to Habyt standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, or areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of safety checks, repairs, and vendor certifications.
• Respond promptly to facility-related resident concerns, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics across all shared spaces.
• Collaborate closely with Community Managers to align facilities with the needs of residents.
