IT Platform Professional

We want you to:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support company objectives
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders across regions
• Identify and manage project dependencies and timelines, allocate resources effectively and ensure team members have the tools and support needed
• Develop and maintain the project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that projects are completed within financial parameters
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success
• Ensure the project deliverables meet quality standards and goals
• Communicate and provide updates to stakeholders, senior management, and project teams on progress, project risks, and issues
• Ensure flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

About you:

• Degree qualified in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent. PMP or equivalent certifications in Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2-3 within digital Project Management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, and Salesforce
• Good knowledge of industry-specific regulations and familiarity with European regulations such as GDPR and data protection
• Capability to work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to demonstrate high levels of ownership to deliver required outcomes
• Fluency in English
