We are currently assisting our long-standing partner, a renowned fiduciary, based in Luxembourg close to the Belgian border in their search for their future Manager Compliance to join their team.

Our partner provides its clients with expertise in Accountancy, Tax, Fund Administration, Corporate governance and Compliance and have developed quite a loyal client portfolio. As a result, the company is today represented by approximately 30 collaborators, which will allow you to be in contact with a diversity of profiles and to be able to learn from everyone around you.

Your Responsibilities | Manager Compliance – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS

• You will be involved in implementing policies and procedures, implementing the compliance framework while respecting all regulatory requirements.
• In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will report to the Board and also be responsible for CSSF reportings for example.
• You will conduct compliance due diligence for both new and existing clients, in order to limit the exposure to compliance risks.
• You have acquired vast experience with Alternative investment funds.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Manager Compliance – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS

• With at least 4 years of experience as Compliance Officer in a PSF or similar environment, you have acquired a great sense of autonomy. You also have a first experience in team management.
• You have strong knowledge of Alternative investment funds and the applicable rules and regulations in Luxembourg.
• A fluent command of English is required. Any other language, such as French, will be a plus.
• You have an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment in Luxembourg.
