Project Planning and Management
Develop comprehensive project plans that clearly outline timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
Lead engaging requirements‑gathering sessions with key business stakeholders to capture and validate all functional, technical, and business requirements
Manage scope, schedule, and budget with a strong focus on alignment to strategic objectives and overall project success
Functional Design & Business Process Mapping
Drive the design and harmonization of functional processes across core business areas such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Quote to Order, and Record to Report
Ensure all business processes are thoroughly documented and that system designs accurately reflect end‑to‑end workflows and required integrations
System Testing Strategy
Develop a holistic testing strategy covering Unit Testing, Discrete Testing, SIT, UAT, Business Simulation, and Mock Cutovers
Ensure test cases are clearly mapped to requirements and real‑world business scenarios
Define and manage dependencies between testing phases to enable smooth transitions and robust validation
Data Conversion Strategy
Create a detailed data conversion strategy, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading activities
Plan and execute mock data conversions to validate data integrity and ensure seamless system compatibility
Oversee data conversion execution, proactively identifying and resolving data‑related issues
Cutover and Rollback Planning
Develop a resilient cutover strategy with detailed go‑live planning, contingency measures, and communication protocols
Conduct mock cutovers to validate readiness and mitigate potential risks early
Prepare rollback strategies to safeguard business continuity in case of go‑live challenges
Project Team Structure & Leadership
Provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality expectations
Stakeholder Management & Change Management
Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to manage expectations, share updates, and resolve issues effectively
Develop and execute a change management strategy that drives smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization
Foster transparent communication and strong collaboration across IT, business units, and external partners
Flawless Execution
Ensure flawless execution of all project activities, including proactive risk mitigation, quality assurance, and on‑time delivery of key milestones
Oversee project governance through structured reporting, clear communication, and effective escalation management
Ensure a seamless handover to operations and support teams following implementation
Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale system implementations, with deep exposure to ERP environments — especially including SAP Public Cloud
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile) are preferred
A proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end software and system integration initiatives
Strong understanding of core business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Quote to Order, and Record to Report
Expertise in functional design, system integration, data conversion, and comprehensive testing strategies
Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities, including the ability to recruit, mentor, and guide diverse project teams
Excellent communication skills paired with strong stakeholder and change management abilities
Solid project management expertise, with hands-on experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Ability to navigate and deliver complex projects under tight timelines and within budget constraints
Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise software implementations — especially SAP Public Cloud — is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, cross-functional environments
Deep knowledge of system testing methodologies and data migration strategies
Fluent in English
