For our offices in Hamburg, Madrid or Lisbon, we are looking for an Investor relations Manager (f / m / d).
Your responsibilities :
- Develop and execute investor communication strategies, periodic reports, and presentations to investors detailing the status of their funding and related projects.
- Cultivate a state-of-the-art portfolio expertise by implementing best practices, driving automations, and leveraging the data-driven environment to ensure transparency and well-informed stakeholders.
- Provide in-depth analysis and insights on portfolio performance, including development and construction progress, asset uses and sources, and insights to support decision-making.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and investor portfolio teams, ensuring seamless and appropriate communication.
- Organize and participate in shareholder meetings, workshops, site visits and other investor-related events.
- Respond promptly and accurately to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Align internal stakeholders and coordinate their contributions to produce high-quality reports and statements to investors ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Your qualifications :
Master's degree in business administration, engineering, corporate finance or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, corporate governance, business process management, portfolio and financial reporting, and a thorough understanding of the economics of renewables.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clear and collaborative interactions.Detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards.Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, along with relevant experience in structured-data information systems.Strong data analysis capabilities, paired with a natural curiosity for emerging data trends and innovative technologies.A highly proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to self-manage your priorities and agenda.Proven ability to build strong relationships with investors and other stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A self-starter with an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude, combined with a practical, solution-oriented approach.While applicants with different levels of seniority are encouraged to apply, the evaluation process will carefully consider your specific experience and qualifications.
