Proclinical is seeking a Territory Manager to join a dynamic team in the Kassel/Gießen region. In this role, you will play a key part in achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting innovative diabetes medical devices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading portfolio in the diabetes sector while providing training and support to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the diabetes sector, including private practice diabetologists, diabetes clinics, teaching hospitals, and large medical centers.
- Develop and manage user and prescriber relationships to enhance business and foster brand loyalty.
- -Promote brand awareness and drive demand for the product portfolio in your territory.
- Design and deliver training programs for customers and patients.
- Organize and manage regular sales and training events.
- Collaborate with marketing, market access, and customer service teams to ensure optimal customer care.
- Utilize and demonstrate data management software effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare funding and key decision-makers in the region.
- Conduct field activities professionally and adhere to established guidelines.
- Handle administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

- Experience in diabetes product sales and an existing network of diabetologists and diabetes consultants is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and pipeline management skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Comfortable working in clinics, practices, and a home office environment.
