Your Responsibilities :
- Collaborate in the design of our ServiceNow platform, a key component of our digital transformation efforts.
- Independently develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications in self-organized teams to meet business needs.
- Implement modules, forms, workflows, and business rules from concept to delivery to ensure optimal outcomes for users.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems for efficient data exchange.
- Continuously evolve new methods and technologies to maintain quality, performance, and product sustainability.
Your Profile :
- You hold a degree in computer science, business IT, media IT, or a comparable IT qualification, or have completed training as an IT specialist.
- You have experience with ServiceNow implementation (e.g., development, administration, configuration, or architecture).
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- You demonstrate personal responsibility and a strong agile mindset.
- You are proficient in at least one scripting language, ideally JavaScript.
- You are driven by continuous improvement, eager to explore new solutions, and actively embrace change.
