Workplace and Community Manager

ABOUT THE TEAM :

The People & Culture team, comprising 8 members from 8 different countries, actively supports nearly 200 Taloners spread across three regions.

Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Management, and People Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

At Talon.One we connect and collaborate through five different levels, Globally, Regionally, in Hubs, in Office and with teams.

We are looking for a professional that can create concepts and execute excellent connection through our spaces and virtually.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL :

• Strive for a seamless in-office experience for our Berlin-based employees with hands on involvement in day to day office operations when required
• Design, develop, and implement an annual calendar of virtual and in-person events to foster connection across our global workforce
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to create and execute a workplace design strategy that inspires Taloners
• Work closely with our IT team on leveraging our tools and equipment to drive seamless virtual connections.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE :

• Experience in a Workplace or Community Manager role
• Background in Event Management / Hospitality / Office Management is a plus
• Experience in creating nudges, influencing an amazing employee workplace experience
• Experience in organizing events from ideation and budgeting to implementation and completion
• Ability and strong will to connect with team members worldwide, in order to implement various community initiatives globally
• Creative thinking, with the ability to develop engaging content and initiatives
• German language skills would be a big plus.
