Purpose of the position
The main objective of this person will be to collaborate in the different projects of the area so that all customers have the best after-sales service and the product repair services are reinforced.
Duties and responsibilities
Telephone attention and resolution of incidentsResponsible for the acceptance and processing of warranties received from the technical serviceResponsible for the investigation and implementation of countermeasures in the factory to solve market incidentsConduct technical training to our distributor network personnelTechnical audits to distributors in order to verify that they have all the tools / resources for vehicle repairsProvide technical support to dealers in the process of repairing a vehicleFlying doctor” to local dealers if neededKnowledge and skills
Good knowledge of electromechanics and / or electronicsResponsible, methodical, organized person, with capacity for analysis and decision makingExcellent German and good English skillsGood Microsoft Office skillsIn joining MSX, you can enjoy
