You will manage the complete onboardingprocess for new clients and provide ongoing support and technicalenhancements for existing clients. Your role ensures seamlessintegration, effective training, and continued satisfaction withour software solutions. Your key responsibilities include : ProjectManagement : Independently plan and execute onboarding projects,define project timelines, set milestones, and ensure targets aremet to guarantee a structured and efficient onboardingexperience.Technical Implementation and System Integration : Installsoftware, prepare the system environment, and integrate technicalcomponents.Customer Training and Consulting : Conduct comprehensivetraining sessions on-site and remotely, consult clients oneffective software usage, guide them through the onboarding tasks,and ensure they are well-prepared for independent use of thesystem.Support : Provide support immediately after go-live andcontinuously address any issues during the onboarding phase.ProcessImprovement : Contribute to the development and implementation ofbest practices for the onboarding process.What will help you to besuccessful in this role?Experience in software implementation,ideally in the healthcare sector or veterinary medicine.Projectmanagement skills with a technical background.Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to effectively conducttraining and consulting sessions.Proactive problem-solving skillsand adaptability to changing customer needs.Team-oriented with awillingness to engage in cross-functional work.Fluent in German andproficient in English.What’s in it for you?At Nordhealth, we dothings a little bit differently.
