To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer (m / f / d) who enjoys working with technical systems, monitoring software environments, and supporting users and customers.
In this role, you will work closely with our IT and business development teams to ensure stable system operations, monitor and track technical issues, and provide first- and second-level support for internal teams and customers. You will help identify errors, analyze their root causes, and contribute to improving system reliability and user experience. Your Responsibilities :
- Monitor systems, automations, and integrations to identify, track, and document errors or irregularities
- Analyze technical issues and support troubleshooting in collaboration with the IT team- Respond to technical questions and support requests from customers and internal teams
- Maintain and update documentation for systems, processes, and recurring issues
- Assist with testing, maintaining, and improving existing digital workflows and software solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a related roleBasic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical systemsStrong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical working styleGood communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearlyVery good command of EnglishOrganized, reliable, and able to work under pressure when neededPreferred (Optional) :
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticket systems, or error-tracking toolsBasic knowledge of low-code / no-code platforms (e.g. n8n)Experience supporting automation or process-optimization projects
