Job Summary :
As part of the Payroll and Workforce Management transformation program, a new Workforce Management system will be implemented to modernize and streamline our processes. Remote working options are available, 10-15% travel across Europe will be required.
System Management and Maintenance :
Day to day system management including providing support to business to ensure system compliance
Managing and responding to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support
Configure and maintain the Workforce Management System to align with organizational processes, policies, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable items from the systems perspective
Regularly update system parameters, ensuring accuracy and relevance of workforce data
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime with escalation to higher level support when necessary
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with system rules & configuration
Ensure that processes are accurately documented and described
Data Management and Reporting :
Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the system
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into workforce trends, enabling informed decision-making
Develop and implement data quality controls to enhance the reliability of HR analytics
User Training and Support :
Provide ongoing trainingfor end-users to ensure proficient utilization of the Workforce Management System
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving system-related issues
Collaborate withHR Systems, IT, and the Vendor for advanced technical problem resolution
System Enhancements and Upgrades :
Collaborate with HR Systems, IT and impacted stakeholdersto implement system upgrades or enhancements
Participate in the evaluation and integration of new features to improve system efficiency
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to suggest and implement continuous improvements
Education & special trainings :
Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
3+ years experience in HRIS preferably within the EMEA region
Proficient in relevant software and tools related to workforce management and HRISpreferred
Fluency in English, both written & spoken is required.
Proficiency in a second European language (German, French, Polish) is preferred
Qualifications & experience :
Proven experience in administering HRIS, preferably within the EMEA region
Very good knowledge of HR process flows, automation, and simplification potential
Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to work well independently and under pressure
Experience in creating reports, assessing, manipulating and presenting data in various formats
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders with a high responsiveness to business needs
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a fast-paceddemanding environment
Travel Percentage : 10%
