For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Taufkirchen Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment :

Your responsibilities :

The jobholder works as a HR Transformation & Digital Specialist (f / m / d) and will join department inAirbus Defence & Space whos mission is to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR functioninto its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance inorder to meet HR customer's business needs. This means to monitor overall performance andeffectiveness of the HR standard solutions, consult in cases with high expertise and to consider potentialimpacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation at the day to day operations.In line and complementary to the Airbus Group values, the department values are :

The jobholder will have interactions in English all day long. Additionally, they areworking in a form of "empowering organizations" and their activities are split into missions which are cross-divisional and crossfunctional.

    The main tasks and responsibilities will include :

  • Reporting : Reporting and Analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary review...)Authorisations Management
  • HR Processes and ImprovementsParticipating to HR tools deployments and policies implementation (from business needdefinition to change plan implementation towards endusers)Leading Business Transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve in / outregarding tools and HR processes impactsAct as support to HR4HR team in the following activitiesHR Process and Policy Deployment HR partnering with the business
  • Personal requirements :

  • Team oriented mind-set

  • Studies :

  • Business Administration at least Master / Diploma course
  • Professional experience :

  • HR operational experience, with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen isnecessary
  • IT :

  • MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions
  • MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions
  • SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Sheets would be a plus
  • Knowledge of workday would be a plus
  • Knowledges :

  • Strong Information management systems skills are required
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics are required
  • Knowledge in Stakeholder management is necessary
  • Agile would be a plus
  • Language skills :

  • German at least business fluent
  • English at least business fluent
