Description

  • Handling new contracts : processing proposals, creating and finalizing contracts.
  • Administrative follow-up of existing files : daily management and updating of files.
  • Financial management of current files : processing of operations such as additional payments, arbitrages, partial or total surrenders, management of maturities and situations linked to death.
  • Answering written and telephone inquiries : supporting Business Partners and customers by providing them with solutions tailored to their satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in its various missions.
  • Work in collaboration with other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient file management.

Profile

  • Solid experience and knowledge of the products / services offered within the life insurance sector
  • Fluency in French and Dutch
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with all departments.
  • Be adaptable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative mindset to bring innovative ideas and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Be autonomous and take initiative, while being able to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
  • Results-oriented approach and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Hold a relevant degree in the field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
