Responsibilities :
- Installation workplaces for new employees
- Solving end-users issues locally and remotely.
- Supporting local IT services (file server, print server, AD, etc)
- IT supporting local events (teleconferences, meetings etc)
- Business trips to other offices if necessary.
- Work with corporate systems (servicedesk, svn, etc)
- Prepare IT documentation
- Communications with suppliers
Mandatory Skills Description :
Hardware : basic experience with end-user equipment (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, IP Phone, Projector etc) Understanding of main components, Upgrade. Troubleshooting.Network : basic understanding technologies and protocols : TCP\IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP,SSH, Troubleshooting.Other : SVN, other common end-user applications.Work experience with Linux.MAC : advanced knowledge's, troubleshooting.Experience of MS products supportLanguages :
English : B2 Upper IntermediateGerman : B1 Intermediate
