Project Manager Earth Observation Missions (m / f / d)

As an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for the successful implementation of exciting and complex proposals and projects in the domain of Earth Observation in Phases 0 / A and B1. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure efficient collaboration and optimal performance. You will play a key role in the planning, coordination and management of projects to ensure that they are completed on time, cost-efficiently and to the highest quality.

Your Tasks

• Leading the preparation and execution of Earth Observation mission and system proposals for ESA, EC, DLR, commercial customers etc.
• Leading the project team throughout the development of the project
• Organize and lead regular project meetings to plan and review the project progress
• Analyse, define and coordinate requirements with the project team and the customer(s)
• Management and co-ordination of individual project partners and subcontractors
• Be responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of studies or projects
• Leading the negotiations, strengthening our relationships with clients, and acting as a liaison to key stakeholders in client organisations
