Projectmanager PMO Operations (m / f / d) (m / w / d)
Job Description
Leading and developing the Operations Cluster in close collaboration with senior management, aligning operational processes with the company’s strategic goals
Optimizing operational workflows, including production, supply chain, and logistics processes, by implementing best practices
Identifying opportunities for process automation and digitalization, collaborating with IT and other departments to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency
Driving efficiency and productivity improvements, monitoring KPIs, and providing regular reports to the PMO and executive team
Rigorously driving change in close collaboration with the other PMO members and individual project leaders beyond the execution of measures.
Continously offering operative support to initiative leaders in de-risking / accelerating targeted impact realisation and structural change / "lock in" of measurable results
Job Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in a PMO or similar function, ideally within mechanical engineering or a related industry,ideally not limited to KM working experience
Proven track record in leading and optimizing operational processes, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control
Strong Financial reporting and data background, understanding root causes vs PnL impact on driver level
A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills, with experience in operations performance management and process improvement methodologies
High level of initiative, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
A strong technical understanding, enabling you to grasp complex technical processes within our production and operational workflows and manage them efficiently
High acceptance level across stakeholders within KM organisation, beyond the current function, ideally first results of successful first implementation
Mature personality balancing the need for change with the readiness to support KM colleagues operatively in achieving targeted results within critical restrictions
