Charging needs to be simple and easy to use, therefore we focus on digitized and customer-oriented services.We develop white label public charging solutions for automotive OEMs and fleet operators. These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.
Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Meet the team
As Product Manager Customer Communication, you will take end-to-end ownership of one of DCS’ most important customer touchpoints : B2C customer communication. Your mission is to shape how we communicate with millions of customers across the full lifecycle - reliably, consistently, and at scale.
You will define and evolve a future-proof communication platform that connects product, technology, and content into a single, governed service. Working at the intersection of Product, IT, Commercial, and Operations, you will translate customer and business needs into platform capabilities, quality standards, and governance - from target group logic and testing enablement to content standards and send-out reliability, you will own the complete communication chain end to end.
By joining DCS in this role, you will have a direct and visible impact on the customer experience, shaping how customers perceive our products, brands, and reliability, while building a critical customer-facing service with long-term impact.
