Your Role :
Lead Scope 3 GHG Accounting : Drive continuous data collection, calculation, and reporting in line with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and other frameworks like EcoVadis and GRI.
Develop Climate Transition Plans : Create scenarios, set targets, define KPIs, and implement reduction actions, including internal carbon pricing.
Monitor and Report Progress : Oversee the implementation of reduction actions, ensuring continuous accounting and reporting.
Manage SBTi Targets and CDR Rating : Handle SBTi membership and support the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) rating.
Conduct Climate Risk Assessments : Manage the Climate Risk Assessment and ensure its compliance with CSRD, Taxonomy, and other stakeholder requirements.
Engage and Coordinate : Collaborate with global departments and external consultants, and assess relevant regulations and standards.
Benchmark Assessments : Provide insights and comparisons to drive continuous improvement.
Your Profile :
Educational Background : Master’s in sustainability management or business administration with a focus on sustainability or carbon accounting.
Professional Experience : 5 years in Sustainability Management, preferably in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
Expertise : Proficient in GHG accounting, CSRD reporting, SBTi, and CDP.
Work Ethic : Independent, structured, and quality-focused with a collaborative mindset.
Skills : Strong persuasion, communication, empathy, and intercultural networking abilities.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in English; German is a plus.
International Experience : Highly valued.
