Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a Sales / Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Reconnect with previous clients through outbound calls.
- Reintroduce the company's products and services.
- Identify and explore new collaboration opportunities with past clients.
- Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving business growth targets.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate :
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Fluent in English and another European language in a professional setting.
- Friendly, personable, and persuasive demeanour.
- Proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
