ZIB is the central IT service provider for the justice system in Lower Saxony and is responsible for a modern IT infrastructure with around 23,500 clients. In addition, we run numerous digitization projects for a modern justice system with our approximately 400 colleagues.
To strengthen our team in the 3108 - Databases department, we are looking to recruit a
System administrator for database operations (f / m / d)
Your tasks :
- Participation in the planning and implementation of database systems with high reliability and high availability in the areas of Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Operation, configuration, monitoring, tuning and backup of SQL Server and Oracle databases, and in future PostgreSQL in different versions
- Development of scripts for different use cases such as data migration scenarios
- Active participation in innovative IT infrastructure projects in the justice system
What sets you apart :
