JOB DESCRIPTION
- The E-Merchandiser Brandsplace guarantees the sales performance of the sector and operations for which he / she is responsible
- Define, organise and optimise the merchandising of the catalog products
- Enhance the value of products and services to encourage and facilitate the act of buying and thus maximise the overall performance of the sales for which you are responsible (cross-selling, ranking, filters, shelf headers, etc.). Propose the necessary action plans to constantly improve sales performance indicators
- Ensure regular reporting and competitive intelligence
TASKS
Set up the product catalog layout (sales tree structure / choice and order of visuals) in order to optimise sales and maximise performance indicators (margin, sell-out, conversion rate, average basket, NPS) using the merchandising tools available (ranking, filter, display header, etc.).Enhance and personalise the shopping experience, in particular by adding content (editorials, videos, advice, etc.), making it easier to browse and find products, and / or by segmenting products to facilitate the user experience.Monitor sales results dashboards and propose action plans to maximise sales and improve performance indicators.Measure the impact of the measures taken and analyse sales results (product mix performance) in order to propose the necessary action plans aimed at maximising sales and improving category performance indicators.Ensures regular reporting to the team manager and coordinates / shares key information with the sales and marketing teams.Supporting the sales teams in their brand meetings, presenting analyses and proposing recommendations for optimising the offer / buy to maximise the brand's performance on the Marketplace.Carry out benchmarking and competitive intelligence (market trends by product / sector) and make recommendations.Propose and implement any initiative likely to develop or optimise the activities of the Marketplace team or the business.REQUIRED SKILLS
You hold a Bachelor degree.You are result oriented and have a commercial mindset.You know how to prioritise and have a proactive approach.You can work autonomously.You have good communication skills.You are fluent in German & English, both in writing and speaking.You like an agile work environment.You have good analytical skills.You have experience with performance indicators.You have a good command of IT tools and google suite.NICE TO HAVE skills
A first experience in Merchandising and experience with merchandising tools and techniques (shelf headers, cross-selling, filters, etc.).Ideally you also have a good level of French.BENEFITS
