Today, we are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant - Security Department.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasksActing as organisational support to the management of the departmentCarrying out the administrative tasks inherent to the departmentBooking, at the request of the Management, flights and hotels for the needs of the department's staff and external speakersManaging and centralising information, drafting information notes for the department's internal communication and working in collaboration with the company's internal communication teamBeing the active support to the follow-up of the department's projects through the organisation of meetings and the drafting of minutesOrdering and managing stocks of office supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the departmentEnsuring the replacement of the other assistants as regards the management of the Directorate's agenda and the physical and telephone reception of their interlocutorsYour other missionsParticipating in the integration of new employeesParticipating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behaviorThe required profile

Bac or relevant experience in a similar position
