About Noah Labs

At Noah Labs we are developing an innovative telemonitoring platform tailored specifically for patients with heart failure. Our solution combines advanced medical devices (e.g. ECGs scales) with a userfriendly app for patients and an intelligent monitoring platform for cardiologists.

In collaboration with renowned partners such as Charit in Berlin and the Mayo Clinic in the USA we are also working on groundbreaking research projects that use biometric markers in voice to detect potential heart failure early. Your Role

As a (Senior) Operations Manager (m / f / d) at Noah Labs you will ensure that our telemonitoring program is technically and operationally taken to the next level. You will be responsible for the continuous optimization and scaling of our processes for deploying smart medical devices (e.g. ECGs scales) and ensuring seamless data transmission. Additionally you will harmonize our various systems (HubSpot Grafana internal dashboards) while overseeing logistical workflowsfrom device shipping and returns to outsourcing specific services.

Tasks

Technical Setup & System Integration

  • Selection implementation and ongoing development of tools for efficient data collection and transmission.
  • Integration and harmonization of various systems (HubSpot Grafana internal dashboards) to create a centralized and reliable data foundation.

Process Optimization & Scaling

  • Development and continuous improvement of workflows for telemonitoring with external devicesfrom ordering and activation to maintenance and return.
  • Evaluation of new technologies and devices to enhance patient care and data quality.

    • Logistics & Outsourcing

  • Managing and monitoring supply chains : ensuring patients receive devices on time and that they are safely returned.
  • Selection and management of external service providers (e.g. outsourcing partners) to support our growth and maintain high service quality.

    • NoCode Development

  • Utilizing nocode and lowcode platforms (e.g. HubSpot Zapier) to automate and scale recurring processes.
  • Ensuring seamless data synchronization across all relevant systems.

    • Stakeholder Management

  • Close collaboration with our Tech Product and Medical teams to ensure telemonitoring processes meet the needs of our patients doctors and partners.

    • Requirements

  • Analytical Mindset & HandsOn Mentality : You quickly grasp complex processes identify pragmatic solutions and arent afraid to get involved yourself.
  • Operational Experience in EarlyStage Startups or Consulting : You have worked in fastpaced environments built technical workflows and successfully scaled them.
  • Technical Expertise : Handson experience with nocode / lowcode tools a solid understanding of data integrations and ideally familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Strong Communication Skills : You excel at breaking down complex topics into clear understandable messages and building trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bonus : Experience in a medical healthcare or digital health environment is an advantageespecially in handling medical data devices and privacy regulations.
  • Language Skills : You communicate professionally in English and ideally also speak or understand German.
