Job Description
- You support our SAP existing customers in all customer matters by phone or in writing.
- You work as a qualified customer support agent from initial contact and consultation to the classification of the inquiry and its assignment to the respective department or responsible parties.
- You are responsible for ticket creation and processing, as well as master data maintenance in our IT service management (ITSM) tool.
- You are responsible for the delivery of software corrections in the SAP system.
- You plan and are responsible for the delivery of new program releases.
- You create reports and analyses for ticket control.
- You participate at the team meetings in Leverkusen four times a year.
Qualifications
- You have completed vocational training or a degree.
- You have relevant professional experience in customer support.
- You always act friendly and competent towards our customers.
- You are characterized by personal responsibility, reliability, accuracy, and team orientation.
- Ideally, you already have prior knowledge in the SAP area.
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) complete your profile.
