Service Area Manager

Service Area Manager, Engines Germany

Location : Frankfurt (Germany)

We are looking for a Service Area Manager, to join our team in Germany. The candidate oversees the Service network for the Germany area and coordinates warranty and training activities for the official network, OEMs, and OEM dealers.

Main responsibilities :

• Define the Service business plan activity
• Manage warranty requests within the specific area and prepare the warranty budget for the country
• Provide direct technical support to the distribution network and major customers and dealers
• Update service agreements with the network of the area of interest
• Transmit any modification of the Service Dealers Network to Service department in Engines EMEA
• Support local training session requests and organize trips in the countries of his area for training / urgent matters / critical situations
• Coordinate daily collection and transmission of failure data information from the market to the Service headquarters

Education and Experience :

• Technical High School diploma is required (Degree in Mechanical-Mechatronics Engineering is a plus)
• Previous work experience in a Service Area Manager role (>

7 years)

• Good technical knowledge of the products (Diesel and Gasoline Engines) and their applications
• English spoken and written Level C1 is required
• Availability for extensive travels
• Customer-oriented attitude
