We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join EHQ's Planning organization, focusing on providing financial and business data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.

• Planning and Objective Management Assist in developing mid- to long-term business strategies and goals Analyze business performance and propose improvement actions
• Budgeting & Financial Management Plan and monitor annual budgets Conduct P&L analysis, cost control, and financial KPI management
• Reporting & Decision-Making Support Prepare management reports (performance report, etc.) Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
