YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The What : At Blackwave GmbH we develop and manufacture high-performance carbon fiber components for airplanes rockets and satellites pushing the limits of lightweight design and precision manufacturing. Our mission : To end COPV failure in spaceflight. The benchmark for performance reliability and cost efficiency.

As part of our Quality team you ensure that our processes meet the highest standards enabling us to turn cutting-edge ideas into flight-ready solutions.

• You perform precise quality checks and measurements on incoming materials in-process components and finished products.
• You manage non-conformances : You identify document and escalate deviations ensuring that root cause analysis is initiated and corrective actions are consistently implemented.
• You create traceable documentation and ensure compliance so we are ready for audits at all times.
• You collaborate with other teams to solve quality problems and support continuous improvement activities.
• You are responsible for our measuring and testing equipment both in terms of procurement and monitoring and calibration.
