Abraservice is now looking for an engaged,experienced and professional Finance & Admin Manager to join the team inGermany. You will form part of a diverse team located in different countries,and play an important part in the overall financial management of our business.This team is integrated with SSAB Special Steels’ finance function.

About the position

As Finance & Admin Manager, you will beresponsible for administration, financial management, including controlling,transfer pricing documentation and reporting activities for AbraserviceGermany, while ensuring compliance with local accounting laws and regulationsas well as internal guidelines.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the company'sfinancial processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations as well asinternal guidelines. Controlling, accounting and administration.
  • Responsible for financial andbusiness controlling of the legal entity, leading the budget and forecastingprocess, monthly closing, and reporting activities (P&L, Balance Sheet,Cash Flow).
  • Cooperation with external payroll, localinsurances, car fleet coordination, taking care of standard contracts likephone or internet, statistical reports, taking care of admin-matters.
  • As a part of compliance work : leading the workfor Transfer price documentation, and initiating finance system development tomeet the reporting requirements also in the future.
  • Monthly financial reporting togroup consolidation system, local statutory reports. Altered a bit and removedreference directly to AARO.
  • Support the managers withcommercial agreements, identifying risks and suggestion improvements.

About You

  • University degree with astrong focus in Accounting / Finance / Economy.
  • Minimum 5 years ofprofessional experience in Finance / Controlling area, or Chief Accountant role.
  • Knowledge of local Germanlegal and accounting requirements.
  • Self-driven – strong, independent character.Ability to support and take the lead in driving administrational tasks withmanagement, as well as learn new systems easily, while being interested andcurious with a strong logic ability.
  • You are open-minded, willing to accept adiverse approach and enjoy working with different cultures.
  • Fluent in German andprofessional level of business English mandatory (any other languagesbeneficial).
